Each week Amanda [Running with Spoons] hosts Thinking Out Loud Thursday. A chance for us to do some brain-dump blogging. And to hang out with fun people.

thursdaysHAPPY Wednesday Thursday! < Almost the END of the week < YES.

Last week I got my first Stitch Fix! It was seriously exciting.  You should jump over to this blog post to read and watch all about it. πŸ™‚ …Indy says the clothes are nice for sitting on.DSC_0136Speaking of watching…I’ve been getting a kick out of doing some vlogs again.  Do people even like to watch vlogs?  I have no idea.

ALSO this past weekend we went to see The Fault in our Stars.  It was amazing.  You should stop what you’re doing – right now – and go watch it.  Or.  Buy tickets to go watch it.  But bring tissues.  A lot of them.

What else has been happening?  Uhm.  This week has seemed busy, but it hasn’t been anything majorly exciting.

A lot of morning walking to work:10441940_10101180561976428_3701982059159608932_nMonday10151860_10101182544368698_826055398304086202_nTuesday

And a lot of pantry-staple-meals.  What is your go to meal when you aren’t buying tons of groceries?  Preferably something that uses dried beans, canned tomatoes, and brown rice.  πŸ™‚  We are in the awesome – in – between – summer – paychecks for Nathan, and in – between – Costco – Trips food lull.  I can say we’ve been super creative.

may have found a new, super way easier method for making homemade vegan yogurt.  < If so, I’ll be updating you guys very soon-ly.  Homemade Vegan Yogurt [With Cinnamon Pears] [Vegan/Gluten Free]I met this dinosaur turtle on my way to work Wednesday morning. He’s a snapping dino turtle, so I didn’t get too close.  But – I was afraid that he would “run” away before I got my phone out to snap a picture.  Then I remembered…he’s a turtle.

I feel as if I have less than informative information to share with you guys today, so I’m going to cut it short.  πŸ™‚
