I’ve been making homemade yogurt in my Instant Pot Duo for a while now. I’m pretty in love with it. If you haven’t read my post/video on how to make the homemade yogurt, click here to see it now!
I’ve been making yogurt on Friday nights, and portioning it out for 5 (week) days, with just a bit leftover for two small servings on the weekends. On Saturday morning a few weeks ago I had just a bit of yogurt left. It was super rainy and foggy outside, and I just wanted something sweet. Cinnamon Roll-ish. So I started throwing random things into my yogurt. The result? Deliciousness.
The dates gave the yogurt texture, and the Justin’s maple almond butter? Yeah. That gave it the amazing flavor. Pair it with vanilla and cinnamon? Basically…a cinnamon roll in a bowl. You could make this combination with any type of yogurt. Or..in smoothie form with some milk. I bet that would be divine…
- ½ cup of yogurt of choice (I used homemade soy yogurt)
- 4 - 5 dates, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Justin's Maple Almond Butter
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- Dash of Cinnamon
- Mix it all together
- Eat, Enjoy, Lick your bowl clean.
