Let’s talk about my eats last Wednesday. It was a true testament to the fact that I need to not forget to eat my afternoon snack. Total after-work-run fail. Food is so so incredibly important to – you know – living 🙂
Afternoon snack: Oh Wait. I forgot my afternoon snack. Which means ^ This run was really a walk. After mile 1 I realized I needed food, badly. So I mainly walked. Until I found this: Yeah. It ran out almost completely over my foot. I ran really really really fast after that. 🙂
Dinner: We went out to eat to a Chinese place on an improv-to date night. I was starving. I got some sushi – the AAC roll – avocado, asparagus and cucumber. It was amazing, but I totally scarfed it down before snapping a picture. I also got broccoli with garlic sauce and rice. Yum.
After Dinner Dessert:Salted Caramel Ice Cream. < Yes. Yes. Yes. I topped it with extra salted caramel (YES) and melted peanut butter. < < < YES.
